Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a cookie notice asks you to Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and are always used. Non-essential cookies measure traffic and show advertising.
- Accept: we may load measurement and advertising tools, which may place cookies on your device.
- Decline: we will not load advertising cookies. Basic, privacy-friendly site measurement may still happen where it does not require consent.
- Change your choice: use the Cookie settings button at the bottom-left of any page. Your choice is saved in your browser, so you can also clear your browser’s stored data to reset it.
We may use Google Ads, including Google’s advertising cookies, to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Third-party advertisers and their partners may use cookies or similar technologies to do this.
You can also control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

- Google Fonts: loads the typeface used on the site, which may send your IP address to Google.
- Google Ads: may use cookies and similar technologies to measure and show advertising, if you accept advertising cookies.
- Hosting and analytics providers: may collect technical usage information.
These providers have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Do we sell or share personal information?
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, when you accept advertising cookies, advertising partners may collect identifiers and browsing activity to show personalised ads across websites. Under US law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act), this can count as “sharing.” You can stop this at any time by choosing Decline in the cookie notice, using the Cookie settings button, or using the opt-out links above.

- Right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
To make a request, email contact@officeguidehub.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, which may involve matching details you give us against information we already hold. We aim to respond within 45 days, and we may extend this once where the law allows. You may also use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
